CityNet has been okay. On most days, browsing and standard tasks go by with no problem. But during late evening, I notice slowdowns—especially when everyone’s online. Their support team is friendly, but I’ve had to follow up a couple of times to get them to address speed issues. They’re not bad, just not perfect either.
Unreliable During Peak Times
My experience with CityNet in Khilgaon has been quite frustrating. Afternoons and evenings bring frequent outages and sluggish speeds—daily disruptions that make it difficult to work or game. Even after multiple complaints, the support team’s response has been slow or non-existent. At this point, I’m considering switching to another ISP due to the inconsistent performance.
